There are many apps for aviation calculations, E6B and so on, but this app is the best by far among all the ones I tested. Many calculations, conversions, tools. Everything is clear, easy to use.
Its a good and useful tool for the private or leisure Pilot. I use it a lot.
I thought I had discovered a bug and contacted the company. Turns out I was mistaken but I had a response within the hour. Nice person to deal with. Great substitute for the "wizz wheel".

I use this app everyday. It has replaced my E6B electronic calculator. I especially like the METAR and TAF functionality.
Great app! Simple and intuitive layout, easy to use in the cockpit and very cheap compared to standalone electronic flight computers that are commercially available.
Would like to see an option in future updates that can display decoded METARs in addition to the raw data.
This is a great app, but it has started to crash since I upgraded to iOS5. Whenever I switch from Fuel Conversion to Main Menu or E6B Menu it crashes. Please fix this as I use this app a lot on my flights.
Some bad moments
Fine, but if you fly in Europe and have pressure in hPa, or distances in Km, it is of no help. I hope the next update will include SI Units. I reported the issue, lets see how long it takes.
Bought a basketful of aviation calculators for fun. Ran a few tests and the myE6B AirNav came up short in the first few minutes of reviewing.
Problem: From Conversions > Speeds> enter 660 knots and note the Mach number. Says: "0.10 Mach" Thats odd. A math bug? More problematic--because it would be a conceptual problem rather than just a bug--is that a mach calculation would be provided without an OAT input.
Sorry to say, but if I find a problem this quick, I cant trust it in the air. Im deleting this app.
Ive been using this app for a few weeks now and find it really well laid out for mobile use. The designers "get" that Im going to be looking for fast tidy results. There are a few quirks thatll be ironed out when corresponding quirks in the iPhone SDK are addressed, and there are some great new features planned as updates each month. For the price of a Ventu mocha I got a great, useful aviation app.
Last version is simply Horrible. It looks the ghost of the previous one, loast all the colours
So METAR AND TAF dont update anymore, the last update was 2015, does anyone even check/work on this anymore?? Its almost useless for anything current, now its just a calculator, which I can find elsewhere. Did you stop weather reporting to promote your METAR APP? I paid for this, put those functions BACK!!!
I have had this app for 2 year and been though many updates. Its useful especially for quick fuel, wind, conversion and altitude calculations. The menus are easy to navigate and information is laid out logically.
